40th Anniversary !

A "Back in the Day" Picture in Celebration
of our Anniversary

| On November 9 2007 we celebrated our 40th
wedding anniversary. We were married on November
9, 1967 at the Washington D.C. circuit court
by Judge Howard. We took a taxi to the court
house, but went home on the city bus in order
to save a little money. Our first residence
was an apartment at 133 Ivanhoe Street, SW.
In the forty years that followed we lived
in Fairfax
Village in Southeast D.C. and in two different
apartments in Prince George's county. Then,
an apartment on Tamar Drive in Columbia, Maryland,
a townhouse on Talisman
Lane in Columbia for 32 years, and now
in Sun
City Carolina Lakes, Fort Mill, South
Carolina. The Lord is Good! |
